Angelo is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in Mapua Institute of Technology, Intramuros Manila and has ten (12) years of experience on several Civil Engineering and Environmental Projects. Some of his experiences are in Solid Waste Management (SWM),Environmental Impact Assessment, Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment, Land Development,Infrastructure and Civil Works, Water Supply Distribution Network and Irrigation Supply Network. His expertise includes conducting waste amount characterization and analysis, preparation of environmental impact assessment report, preparation of initial environmental examination report, design of drainage system, preparation and design of irrigation supply network, preparation of land developments and infrastructure works, using Autocad and Civil 3D.
