Born in 1951 and obtained Civil Engineering Diploma from Kerala, India in 1976. In 1984 obtained Membership in Indian Engineering. Overall 38 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering works out of which 19 years in Quantity Surveying. Major achievements were in Project execution, Quantity Survey, Claims and Disputes Analysis, Tender documents preparation etc.. for Roads, Bridges and Dams.Worked in countries like Libya, Sultanate of Oman and Republic of India
