Born in 1951, graduated in Civil Engineering at alexandria university, Egypt in 1976. Resident Engineer since 2001. Combines over 38 years experience in field of Road construction and Road studies.He has experience also in water drainage, sewerage, storm-water and dam-sand infrastructure. He worked in several countries including Oman, Saudia Arabia and Egypt.
