Born in 1945, and passed out in Civil Engineering at University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka in 1969. Overall experience of 45 years out of which 11 years in Sri Lanka and 34 years in Oman related to, Building Construction, Quantity Surveying and Estimation, Project Management in Construction of Roads, Retaining Walls, Culverts and all other related road works. In addition Test Tracks for motor cars, Camel Race Tracks, Dumping Yards for Solid Waste and Airports also formed part of Project Management. Presently Resident Engineer, Renardet Oman.
