Born in 1965, graduated in Economics from "Kerala" University, India, in 1987. Currently as Head – Tender Department of Renardet Consulting Engineers, Oman, working for them for the last 21 years. Overall 24 years of experience in the relevant field. Responsibilities includes but not limited to preparation of the tender proposal for new projects including technical proposal and other supporting documents. Appointment of site staff and monitoring their movements at various construction sites. Recruiting new office staff as well as site staff. Providing assistance in the preparation of other construction project tender documents, addendum and invoices for the concerned department. Co-ordination with different governmental and private companies for the successful completion of the above activities. Business development activities for both local and international projects. Has working experience from India as well as Oman.
