Born in 1965 and graduated in 1995 from “La Sapienza” University of Rome – Italy, combines over 20 years experience in construction supervision, design and procurement; the activities were carried out under different founding agencies (ADB, World Bank, Local Governments) and under different cultural environments; during his career he has successfully attended the following main tasks: geotechnical design and construction supervision, approval and research of construction materials , administration of the Contract, Project management, Tender Documents preparation and Tenders evaluation. Worked in: China, East Timor, Emirates, India, Mozambique, Oman, Philippines and Saudi Arabia.
