Born in 1956, graduated in Civil Engineering (Civil)) at "Alma Mater Studiorum" University, Bologna Italy in 1982. Worked as Resident/Structural Engineer. Combines over 29 years of experience in field of Highway and Railway construction including experience in structural design of road culverts, concrete pre-stressed bridges and steel bridges, earth retaining structures, slope stabilization and sewerage. Has worked in several countries including Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, China, Ghana, Bulgaria, Thailand and Italy.
