Traffic and all other types of surveys, like parking occupancy assessment, interviews, pedestrian and bicycle movements counting, are the bases to create the existing scenario to be used as starting point for every traffic assessment or road and junction upgrading

Traffic Surveys are important to evaluate the existing situation of a road or a junction and make considerations about a possible upgrading. Our staff can provide manual surveys, counting cars at junctions following every movement and direction, or automatic ones, using recording cameras and a special software to download data, inductive loops, pneumatic road tubes, radars and lasers.

Raw data from the counting can be classified in terms of time, to find the peak hours, or by type of vehicle, separating car or motorbikes from light goods vehicles, buses, single unit or articulated trucks. Special software can be used to download data, to classify them and to analyze the existing situation of the infrastructure.
