      We are in search of a dedicated Senior Water and Wastewater Engineer to join our esteemed engineering team. This role is essential in advancing our water and wastewater projects, ensuring optimal design and efficient system operations. The chosen candidate will have a blend of hands-on experience and a strategic mindset, helping shape the future of water infrastructure in our community.

      Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to:

      • Design, develop, and optimize water and wastewater systems, including distribution networks and transmission lines.
      • Utilize specialized software such as WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and HAMMER for complex modeling and simulation.
      • Provide expert guidance in water and sewer network design and management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
      • Act as a mentor to junior engineers, offering support and guidance as needed.
      • Manages the activities of multiple projects, assigns resources, duties, schedules and working periods.
      • Reviews the design to ensure that it complies with the required standards and quality.
      • Provides leadership and creates enthusiasm for technical staff of the department, to consequently develop teamwork and balance the strengths of individuals, allocating responsibilities as appropriate.
      • Offers support and advice to members of the department and monitors the work of the subject through the staff development and performance management.
      • Facilitates positive relationships between company, client and sub-contractors/ suppliers to achieve the project’s design and construction goals.
      • Represents the department in official and internal meetings and disseminates relevant information to members of the department therefore, acts as the prime point of contact and communication between the Client, technical staff and company’s top management.
      • Implements and maintains Company’s policies and other quality and environment systems.
      • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • REQUIRED SKILLS

      • Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
      • Minimum of 10 years' experience in hydrology, modeling, and sedimentation.
      • Proven track record of successful project management in H&H and flood management.
      • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is a plus.
      • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
      • Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
