Project Location: in Al- Duqm, Al Wusta Region

The Scope of Work is detailed as follows:

The project has been divided in three packages, as follows:

• Package 1: Site preparation and landside infrastructures
• Package 2: Airside infrastructures and Navaids
• Package 3: Buildings and Associated Infrastructures.

In addition to these three packages, the projects form part of the Standards National Contracts (SNC) as follows:

• SNC 9: Air Traffic Management systems
• SNC 10: Navaids Equipments

The appointed Consultant Staff will work under the Direction of Head of Technical Committee of Ministry of Transport & Communications -Technical Committee.

The appointed Staff will be required to provide support to the Technical Committee in their field of expertise with the day to day activities encountered on such an ambitious Project.

Specifically, the appointed Staff will be dealing with the implementation of Package 3 Construction Contract which encompasses the construction of the majority of the main buildings of the overall Al Duqm Airport Project. 

The services will be executed at both the Client's offices in Muscat, or at the Site Offices located in Al-Duqm, A1 Wusta Region.

The Consultant is to allow for the proposed staff to be based at both locations as directed at the Client's discretion and requirements throughout the execution of the Project.
